  2. 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Tzatziki sauce
  2. Wrap in a towel a squeeze to remove as much water as possible
  3. Mix together the yogurt, shredded cucumber, garlic, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, and lemon juice
  4. Drizzle lightly with olive oil to get desired consistency.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld
  6. Chicken
  7. Combine the garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, yogurt, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste in a medium bowl, whisk together
  8. Add the chicken to the bowl and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
  9. Cook the chicken as desired, either in the skillet, broiler or on the grill. When cooked through, allow to rest for 5 minutes and then slice thinly
  10. Serve on naan or soft wrap bread. Top bread with chicken, tzatziki sauce, diced tomatoes and sliced onions
  11. Serve immediately
