  2. 1 egg
  3. 1 tsp garlic salt
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 6 servings oil
  6. 1/2 tsps paprika
  7. tsps pepper
  8. 3 cups saltines
  9. 2 lb chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another shallow bowl, beat egg and milk. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then cracker mixture.
  2. In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Fry chicken, a few strips at a time, for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  3. Drain on paper towels.
