  1. 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  2. 1/2 cups butter
  3. 16 oz canned mushrooms
  4. 22 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  5. 2 tbsps parmesan cheese
  6. 16 oz sour cream
  7. 8 oz spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Break spaghettini into 1 inch pieces. Cook according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Saute mushrooms in butter or margarine.
  4. Cut chicken into large pieces, and mix with mushrooms. Stir in sour cream and condensed soup. Fold in noodles. Turn into a buttered casserole dish, and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 40 minutes.
