  1. 12 oz wing sauce
  2. 1/4 cups chicken broth
  3. 1 tbsp mustard
  4. 2 lb chicken breasts
  5. 8 servings coarse salt and pepper
  6. 2 tbsps butter
  7. 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  8. 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  9. 1/2 cups buttermilk
  10. 1 small clove garlic
  11. 1 tsp vinegar
  12. 1 tbsp parsley
  13. 1/2 tsps dill
  14. 8 servings sea salt and pepper
  15. 8 servings rolls
  16. 8 servings pickles
  17. 8 servings celery sticks

Instructions

  1. Mix the hot wing sauce, broth and mustard together in the crockpot.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Add them to the crockpot and turn to coat them with the sauce.
  4. Cook on high 4 - 5 hours or low 7 -
  5. You can stir them and rearrange them in the pot halfway through.
  6. Remove the chicken to a cutting board and shred it with two forks or let cool until you can handle it and shred it with your hands.
  7. Stir the butter and cheese into the sauce then add the chicken and mix well.
  8. Let cook another 15 minutes or so until the butter and cheese is completely melted.
  9. To make the ranch dressing whisk the mayonnaise and buttermilk together in a small bowl then whisk in the garlic, vinegar, parsley and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve on toasted rolls drizzled with ranch dressing and pickles with celery sticks on the side. Can also be used for sliders, burritos, tacos, enchiladas, salads and whatever else you can dream up!
