  2. 4 lb chicken wings
  3. 2 tsps chili garlic sauce

  1. In a sauce pan mix together the pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, garlic and chili garlic sauce. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to a high simmer. Cook until mixture starts to thicken. Should be reduced to a little less than ½ (this should take about 30 minutes). Divide sauce I half and set aside. (This can be done ahead of time)Grilling
  2. Wrap wood chips in a packet of aluminum foil and cut some slits in the bottom and top to release and vent the smoke.
  3.
