  1. 620 gm chicken wings
  2. 2 garlic
  3. 1/4 tsps salt
  4. 1/2 tsps ground pepper
  5. 1/2 tsps five spice powder
  6. 1/2 tsps sugar
  7. 2 tsps shaoxing wine
  8. 1 tsp light soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Blanch chicken wings in boiling water to remove blood and any impurities for about 3 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Mix with seasonings. Set aside for about 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan.
  5. Saute garlic over medium high heat. Make sure not to burn them.
  6. Add the chicken wings. Cook until both sides are lightly brown.
